This exhibition brought together a diverse body of work that resisted a single theme, instead exploring power, identity, resistance, and everyday life. Drawing on pop culture, music, and contemporary experience, the works examined the roles imposed by society, authority, and ourselves.

Fictional heroes, cultural icons, and anonymous figures appeared side by side, navigating expectation, fatigue, joy, and defiance. Authority was presented as both strong and fragile, while power emerged not only through force, but also through humour, rest, and self-determination.

Rather than presenting one clear narrative, the collection embraced contradiction and individuality, challenging fixed ideas of strength, success, and adulthood, and suggesting that power could be reclaimed through authenticity and choice.
