Shipping Information
- All prints and commissioned artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Orders are processed within 1-7 business days and shipped with tracking provided.
- Domestic shipping within Australia typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping times vary based on location.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on destination and order size.
- Once an order has been handed over to the postal carrier, it is out of my control. I am not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out, and I’ll do my best to assist.
Returns & Refunds
Since all artworks are custom-made or printed to order, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues, please review the following:
- Lost or Damaged Packages: While I take every precaution to package orders securely, I am not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me at freosart@gmail.com, and I’ll see what we can do to resolve the situation.
- Commissioned Artwork: Due to the unique nature of custom commissions, refunds are not available once work has begun. If you need to cancel before I start, please reach out as soon as possible.
- Order Issues: If you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and I’ll do my best to make it right.
